Outstanding Value for Money

This property was absolutely perfect for an extended family. The size of the
property combined with the quality of the kitchen made it a haven to return to
after a busy day in Manila. Ideally located with outstanding views from the 23rd
floor looking right over Rizal Park at the colorfull water fountain!!!An added
bonus of this property was the fantastic pool set up on the 7th floor. This gave
the property extra space and was a lovely place to relax and have lunch .A big
thank you to William and his wife who were very gracious hosts .I will certainly
stay here again, I just cant believe I have spent so much money on run down
hotels when I could have stayed here for
less!!!!

OUTSTANDING spacious condo. Location was great, view from the balcony @ night was fantastic & Bill was great to deal with. A real home away from home,
bonus with a pool & gym..Why would you want to stay at Hotel..just hope this
review doesn't hamper availability of the condo on my next trip to Manila :) If
you have time - try the White Night Chariot Segway tour of Intramorous - great
fun and very
educational!

Excellent value - huge condo

Very spacious and comfortable condominium.. Owners Bill
and Benita were fabulous and when our 3 day stay was up (due to a previous
booking) we were able to move into their own condominium with them for the
remaining days which was fabulous.  If you need to be in the Malate area
fabulous condo! Thanks Bill and Benita

Bill the owner kept in constant email contact during the
inquiry, booking and was attentive on check-in.out. The condo is well sized and
as a group of three we found all facilities supplied excellent. Bill also
assisted with a WiFi toggle which helped us check the Internet. All facilities
were clean and tidy and I am sure Bill would have assisted if we had a problem
in any way, Close to transport and night life. Such a lovely change from a hotel
experience. I would happily stop there again on our return to Manila.

The owner was great to do business with. The unit it self was very  clean and have a comport of a home being away from home. Great location for
restaurants, convenient stores and shopping malls. Had easy access to any major land marks and the view of our balcony was breath taking. I would absolutely come back here and spread the words to my friends about your place.
